WEDDING CAKES

We specialize in decorating beautiful, wonderful tasting, melt in your mouth wedding cakes. Each cake is made fresh with a choice of many special and delicious flavors. A wide selection of styles from traditional to unique can be created for you. You may select either Buttercream or Rolled Fondant icing for your cake, in whatever color you wish. You can choose to have layers and/or fillings. There is also a choice of a tiered or stacked assembly.  Remember, this is your day and we want to help make it special for you.

Buttercream icing and rolled fondant icing are our specialties.  Buttercream is the finest and tastiest icing for your cake. Rolled Fondant icing creates a smooth, satin finish to your cake giving it a very exquisite look. Decorating on fondant  should be simple and elegant. It is heavy in consistency compared to Buttercream.

Brides may select a wedding cake by looking at the numerous cake books and magazines available, or she may have a picture of the cake she wants or she can pick from our album of cakes we've made.  We will do our best to duplicate her 'dream cake'.  We never forget, when it comes to the cake "THE BRIDE IS THE BOSS".

We have a cake fountain available for rent for $35.  There is no charge to rent the fountain IF we also cater the food for the reception. 

GROOMS CAKES

Some say the Groom's Cake is a southern tradition. At any rate, it should be crafted to reflect the Groom's interests or simply his favorite dessert.  This can be served at the wedding, or as a dessert at the rehearsal dinner. The Groom's cake can be made in the theme of his favorite sport, race car, fishing, hunting item or hobby.  Any dessert fits the title of grooms dessert, with the most popular being a chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing.

OTHER CAKES

Birthdays, Bridal and Baby Showers, Farewell Parties, Anniversaries, Retirements, Reunions, Graduations or Sports Celebrations are just a few reasons to have cake. We are prepared to do the perfect cake to suit your needs. Whether you choose the traditional or sculpted, we're sure you'll be pleased with the results.

We consider each cake a new challenge.  We've done everything from Dora, Sponge Bob, Cinderella, Big Bird, Cheerleaders, Tinkerbell, Shrek, Hello Kitty, GA Bulldog, FL Gator, Vikings, Tennessee, Harley Davidson,  Firetruck, Motor Home, Police Car, Mickey Mouse, Tractor, Military Insignias, Camera, State Farm Sign, Hardee's sign, etc.
