You may pick and choose from the list or suggest a food that's not on the list.  We will work you up a quote on any combination of foods you feel necessary for your particular needs.  All our foods are made from only the freshest ingredients available . . .

POPULAR APPETIZERS -- We can do any of the other popular appetizers such as, but not limited to: Ham/Turkey Pinwheels, Assorted Cheese Cubes, Deviled Eggs, Relish trays., Taco Chips and Salsa, Chips and Dips, Spinach Dip in Bread

FRUIT DISPLAY -- This is NOT just a large fruit tray. Every one is unique....I've not see a duplication yet!   It is truly a 'display' of seasonal fruits, featuring either a fountain or even a pineapple palm tree*. We commonly use strawberries, canteloupe, honeydew, grapes, kiwi, pineapple cubes, oranges and limes.  It serves as the 'centerpiece of the buffet table' and the size depends on the number of guests. It's always a nice addition.  *Tree trunk is made of whole pineapples.

SPICY GEORGIA SHRIMP SPREAD--This is one of our original recipes.  It is a rich, spicy spread made with cream cheese, a variety of secret spices and chopped wild Georgia shrimp.  This recipe placed in the Finalists of 2008 Flavor Of Georgia contest in Atlanta .  It is served with crackers. . .

HOT WINGS W/CELERY AND RANCH DRESSING-- These are one of the most popular items to have at a reception.  We offer them in mild, medium and hot. 

SALAD BAR -- Tossed salad bar with assorted dressings, with the option of other salads such as coleslaw, potato or pasta salads.

SANDWICH MAKINS BAR -- Assorted sandwich meats such as ham, turkey, beef, salami with sliced cheese, assortment of breads, lettuce, tomato, onions and condiments.

SOUP BAR --Features your choice of two of our homemade soups, including crackers and cornbread.  We do homemade Vegetable Beef Soup, Creamy Potato Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken and Rice Soup, Cabbage Beef Soup and Chili. 

HOT FOOD BUFFET-- For larger appetites or evening receptions, we offer a large variety of hot foods that we serve from the buffet.  Our hot food buffet will taste like mama's best home cooking.  Here are some ideas:

(Choose Two) Roast Beef w/Brown Gravy, Roast Pork w/Gravy, Baked Italian Chicken Strips, Baked Meatloaf, Spiral Ham, Pork Butts, Italian Meat Sauce, Meatballs, Hamburgers/Hotdog's.
(Choose Four) Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, White Rice, Red Potatoes, Pasta, Green Beans Almondine, Green Limas, Country Limas, Stewed Tomatoes,  Buttered Corn, Corn of the Cob, Vegetable Medley, Baked Beans, BBQ Beans, Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad, Carrot/Raisin/Pineapple Salad, Watergate Salad, Cole Slaw, Salad Bar w/assorted dressings.
Includes:  Dinner Rolls,  Tea and Coffee

SWEET N'SOUR MEATBALLS--These are meatballs baked in a spicy glaze and complimented with  pineapple tidbits, providing a sweet and sour taste at the same time. You'll love them.

VEGGIE TOWER--This is an assortment of brocolli, cauliflower, baby carrots accented with cucumber curls and radish roses arranged on a silver tower serviing dish and accompanied with Ranch dressing.

YUMMIES --Yummies are little smokie sausages, wrapped in bacon and baked in a brown sugar glaze.  Always a hit!
